"Joe provided the guidance and training I needed to be able to rush for almost 2000 yards in one season." Tucker Berry, Lower Dauphin High School - (All State Honors)
"Joe helped me develop the strength and confidence needed to be one of the best in the state."
"Maintaining a positive mental attitude, as well as the ability to focus and set goals, is vital to the success of high school athletes. I was very impressed with Joe Lenker's approach to guiding athletes in obtaining their potential and contributing to their overall team."
"Joe's ability to show young athletes how they can develop goals and then focus their efforts to achieve those goals is amazing. All coaches are looking for techniques to use to motivate their athletes. The system that Joe has created is a perfect tool to allow young athletes to reach their potential."
"I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to train with the IAD staff. Between my junior and senior year seasons, I added 25 pounds while still increasing my vertical jump and quickness. I believe these increased physical skills allowed me to be a far better player my senior season. My scoring average jumped from 18 to 24.5 points per game. This jump was a major reason that I was named The Player of the Year in York County my senior season. My current college coach saw the improvement I had made from tapes of my junior season to summer league games prior to my senior season. Soon after watching me play in this summer league game, my coach offered me a full scholarship. The IAD workouts are very similar to my strength coach's workouts at California University of PA. This made my transition to the college game smoother. I feel the smooth transaction helped me receive playing time as a freshman."
"IAD has helped me become stronger, not only physically but mentally as well. The workouts have improved my overall strength, power and quickness and the inspirational books have helped me develop my game to the next level. Last year, I made my high school varsity team as a freshman. The training and mental training helped me prepare for this. I also made an 18U Gold team, Wagner’s, and I’m getting pitching time in front of college coaches and scouts. I have had several Division I, II, and III colleges in contact with me. I have had two unofficial visits to colleges, University of South Florida and Princeton, and I’m attending the Harvard pitching clinic this winter."
"I just wanted to say thanks for everything. You've taught me so many things i can use not only on the athletic field, but in life also. I can never thank you enough for all the time you've spent with me. You helped make me a better person, and i can never thank you enough."
"I ran a lot last week and lifted a few times and everything that i did seemed REALLY EASY! It was definitely a great feeling! I feel like I am more ready for this season than I ever could have been. Thanks so much for all you have done for me (and made me do)."
"Not sure if Kristin has told you this, but they strength-tested the entire women’s lax team at Drexel after the first or second practice, and Kristin was at the top of the list in each category. Overall, she's in great condition compared to the other players, particularly the other incoming freshman. You should be really proud, she owes a lot of this to you and your program."
"I just wanted to let you know that I am the strongest girl on the team. Our trainer had everyone do testing to see where we were strength wise. I don't want to brag, but I had the highest verticle jump 27.5, the most pushups 30 (we used a metronome, so when it beeped one time we pushed up and when beeped a second time we went down. If that makes sense.) Then we did chin ups and I did 10. Most people could even get one. You trained me well Mr. Joe."
"I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with you work with Sean. The mental toughness along with the physical improvement, has really had an impact, he now will push himself harder. As his father I appreciate the quality of the training, but the most important thing I feel is the value system you interject into your training, the balance of the mental, physical, and spiritual and how all are needed to succeed, not just in sports but in life in general."
Are you interested in achieving maximum success in your sport? Do you want to maximize your athletic potential? Do you want the best opportunity to position yourself to land an athletic scholarship? If you answered "yes" to these questions, then participating in the athletic development program is the right choice for you.
