Whether it’s a locker room talk to motivate your team, a keynote to inspire your organization, or a day-long workshop Tyler Clabaugh’s passion for seeing other people reach their fullest potential oozes out of him no matter what arena or subject is being discussed. At the foundation of each TLA keynote and workshop is the fact that we all have a purpose to fulfill, a “Call to Greatness” to accept, and a legacy to leave. Tyler will challenge listeners to ask what type of legacy they are leaving, and define a purpose that will drive their lives from this point forward. The material focuses on how we can use our platforms of influence as coaches, parents, professionals, team captains, and community leaders to positively impact those around us.

Ultimately, this leads to participants actively defining who they are as “Men & Women of Influence,” and examining what type of legacy they want to leave based upon their platforms of leadership. The application of legacy-based leadership is at the core of TLA’s programs, and is held at the forefront in winning championships on the athletic field, and on the field of life.
